We encourage you to submit session proposals, individual papers, and poster presentations. The session proposal should include 3-4 papers with a similar topic. If you are submitting a session proposal, please, make sure that every participant and paper is registered separately using the registration form and give us a note about the session organising in the form. No single presentation should exceed 15 minutes (plus 5 minutes for discussion). The poster should not be larger than A0 format. Please submit your abstract of no more than 200 words via the registration form, or register your participation without a contribution.

Participation and attendance at the conference are free of charge (including the field trip expenses). Travel costs, accommodation and dinner expenses are not covered by organisers.
